How to send text messages and multimedia messages on my Samsung Galaxy 551

Text messages (SMS) are short, text-only messages sent over the mobile network. Multimedia messages (MMS) are similar to text messages except they allow you to add images, sounds or other files to the message.
1. Touch Messaging.
2. Touch Compose new message.
3. Enter the recipient's mobile phone number or touch Contacts to select someone from your contacts list.
4. Touch the required contact name.
5. Touch Add.
6. Touch Type to compose .
7. Enter a text message.
8. Touch Send to send the text message or touch Menu to make this a multimedia message.
9. Touch Attach.
10. Touch the required media location (e.g. Pictures).
11. Touch the required option (e.g. Images).
12. Touch the required image.
13. Touch Send.
14. Wait while the message is sent.
15. Touch Back.
16. The MMS has been sent.
