If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Alcatel Idol 3 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Accounts.
4. Touch Add account.
5. Touch Corporate.
6. Enter your workplace email address.
7. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
8. Enter your email account password.
9. Touch NEXT.
10. Touch Username.
11. Enter the Username.
12. Scroll to and touch Domain.
13. Enter the domain name.
14. Scroll to and touch Server.
15. Enter the server address.
16. Touch NEXT.
17. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
18. Touch OK.
19. Touch NEXT. Some options will be pre-selected. You can change any of the displayed options before proceeding.
20. Touch ACTIVATE.
21. Edit the account name if desired.
22. Touch FINISH.
23. The email account has been added. To view the email account, touch Home.
24. Touch Apps.
25. Touch Email.
26. Your email will sync to your phone.
