How to enable preview message on my Alcatel Pixi 3

Preview message allows you to get a quick look at a message without having to open the app.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Messaging.
3. Touch the Menu icon.
4. Touch Settings.
5. Touch Notifications.
6. Touch Popup notification.
7. Preview message is on. Touch Popup notification again to turn it off.
