If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Alcatel Pixi 4 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Accounts.
4. Touch Add account.
5. Touch Exchange.
6. Touch Email.
7. Enter your workplace email address.
8. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
9. Touch Exchange.
10. Enter your email account password.
11. Touch NEXT.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
12. Touch Username.
13. Enter the username.
14. Scroll to and touch ADD DOMAIN.
15. Enter the domain name.
16. Scroll to and touch Server.
17. Enter the server address.
18. Touch NEXT.
19. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
20. Touch OK.
21. Review/set the account options and touch NEXT.
22. Touch ACTIVATE.
23. Enter a name for the account if desired.
24. Touch FINISH.
25. The email account has been added. To view the email account, touch Home.
26. Touch Apps.
27. Touch Email.
28. Your email will sync to your phone.
