How to set up call blocking (call rejections) on my Alcatel Pixi 4

With call blocking, you can automatically reject incoming calls from specific phone numbers. Blocked callers will hear an announcement that your number isn't accepting calls. Other calls will ring through as usual.
1. To block a contact, touch Apps.
2. Touch Contacts.
3. Touch the desired contact.
4. Touch the Menu icon.
5. Touch Block contact.
6. Change the blocking options if desired and touch BLOCK.
7. The contact has been blocked.
8. To block a caller in the call list, touch Apps.
9. Touch Call.
10. Touch the Menu icon of the desired caller.
11. Touch the Menu icon.
12. Touch Block contact.
13. Change the blocking options if desired and touch BLOCK.
14. To unblock a contact, go to a blocked contact and touch the Menu icon.
15. Touch Unblock contact.
16. To remove a phone number from the block list, touch Home.
17. Touch Apps.
18. Touch Contacts.
19. Touch the Menu icon.
20. Touch Block contacts.
21. Touch the Phone icon or SMS icon next to the desired contact.
22. Touch Back.
23. The phone number or contact has been unblocked.
