Having the same Apple ID on more than one iOS 6 device can cause iMessages and FaceTime calls to come through on all the logged in devices at the same time. Removing the Apple ID from a device will stop this from happening.
1. Touch Settings.
2. Scroll to and touch iTunes & App Stores.
3. Touch Apple ID.
4. Touch Sign Out.
5. The Apple ID has been removed from your iPhone.
