  • Before you can use your Apple iPhone SE, you will need to activate it via iTunes. If you don't have iTunes on your computer, you'll need to download and install it.
    Note: In this example, we've used iTunes v11.1.0.126.
  • 1. Slide to the right to start setup.
  • 2. Touch the desired language.
  • 3. Touch the desired country or region.
  • 4. Touch the desired Wi-Fi network.
  • 5. Enter the network password.
  • 6. Touch Join.
  • 7. Touch Enable Location Services.
  • 8. Read the message and touch the Home key to continue.
  • 9. Lift and rest your finger on the home key until the fingerprint turns red.
  • 10. Touch Continue.
  • 11. Lift and rest your finger on the home key until the fingerprint turns red.
  • 12. Touch Continue.
  • 13. Enter a six-digit passcode.
  • 14. Re-enter the six-digit passcode.
  • 15. Touch Set Up as New iPhone.
  • 16. Enter your Apple ID.
  • 17. Touch Password.
  • 18. Enter your password.
  • 19. Touch Next.
  • 20. Wait while your Apple ID is set up.
  • 21. Touch Agree.
  • 22. Touch Agree.
  • 23. Wait while your Apple ID is set up.
  • 24. Touch Use iCloud Security Code.
  • 25. Enter your iCloud security code.
  • 26. Enter the verification code sent to the number registered with iCloud.
  • 27. Touch Turn On Siri.
  • 28. Touch Send to Apple.
  • 29. Touch Share with App Developers.
  • 30. Touch Get Started.
  • 31. Connect the Apple iPhone SE to the computer using the USB cable. Launch iTunes if it doesn't launch automatically.
  • 32. In iTunes, click Set up as a new iPhone.
  • 33. Click Continue.
  • 34. Click Get Started.
  • 35. The Apple iPhone SE is activated and ready to use.
