If you're having trouble with your BlackBerry® Bold 9700, you can perform a soft reset to safely reboot the operating system and applications. This type of reset does not delete any settings or data.
1. Press and hold the Alt, right Shift and Delete keys at the same time.
2. The BlackBerry Bold 9700 will shut down, and the keys can now be released.
3. The Bold 9700 will restart.
