  • 1. On the computer, launch BlackBerry Desktop Software.
  • 2. Click Organizer.
  • 3. Click Configure settings.
  • 4. Click Calendar.
  • 5. Highlight the option you require (e.g. Microsoft® Outlook®), then click Next.
  • 6. Select the direction of synchronization (e.g. Two way sync) and click Next.
  • 7. Select the required option(s) and click Next.
  • 8. Click Finish.
  • 9. Click Address Book.
  • 10. Highlight the option you require (e.g. Microsoft Outlook), then click Next.
  • 11. Select the direction of synchronization (e.g. Two way sync) and click Next.
  • 12. Select the required option(s) and click Next.
  • 13. Click Finish.
  • 14. Click OK.
  • 15. Click Sync.
  • 16. The information will be synced.
  • 17. Synchronization has been completed.
