If you don't have an email account to use with your BlackBerry® Bold 9790, you can create a BlackBerry email address directly from the smartphone.
1. Scroll to and select All.
2. Scroll to and select Setup.
3. Select Email Accounts.
4. Select Internet Mail Account.
5. Wait while your BlackBerry smartphone connects to the BlackBerry servers.
6. Scroll to and select Create New Address.
7. Enter a username for your account. It will form the first part of your BlackBerry email address.
8. Scroll to Password.
9. Enter a password for your account.
10. Scroll to Confirm password.
11. Re-enter your password.
12. Scroll to and select Security question.
13. Select a security question.
14. Enter your answer to the security question.
15. Scroll to and select Continue.
16. Wait while your BlackBerry smartphone processes your information.
17. Your BlackBerry account has been created.
