If you have a problem sending or receiving email messages, re-sending service books to your BlackBerry® smartphone may resolve the issue.
1. Scroll to and select All.
2. Scroll to and select Setup.
3. Select Email Accounts.
4. Select Internet Mail Account.
5. Wait while your BlackBerry smartphone retrieves your email settings.
6. Press the Menu key.
7. Scroll to and select Service Books.
8. Select Send Service Books.
9. Wait while the BlackBerry smartphone processes the information.
10. The service books have been sent to your BlackBerry Bold 9900 4G. Select OK.
