  • If you have a problem sending or receiving email messages, re-sending service books to your BlackBerry® smartphone may resolve the issue.
  • 1. Scroll to and select All.
  • 2. Scroll to and select Setup.
  • 3. Select Email Accounts.
  • 4. Select Internet Mail Account.
  • 5. Wait while your BlackBerry smartphone retrieves your email settings.
  • 6. Press the Menu key.
  • 7. Scroll to and select Service Books.
  • 8. Select Send Service Books.
  • 9. Wait while the BlackBerry smartphone processes the information.
  • 10. The service books have been sent to your BlackBerry Bold 9900 4G. Select OK.
