  • A BlackBerry® ID gives you convenient access to multiple BlackBerry products and services. After you create a BlackBerry ID, you can use a single email address and password to log in to any BlackBerry product that supports BlackBerry ID. This can be setup when the BlackBerry smartphone is turned on for the first time.
    If you previously had a BlackBerry and accessed the BlackBerry App World, you can use that same email address and password instead of creating a new one.
  • 1. Scroll to and select Create New.
  • 2. The BlackBerry terms and conditions will be displayed. Scroll to and select I Agree.
  • 3. Enter your first name.
  • 4. Scroll to Last Name.
  • 5. Enter your last name.
  • 6. Scroll to Screen Name.
  • 7. Enter a unique screen name.
  • 8. Scroll to Username.
  • 9. Enter an email address which will be used as your username.
  • 10. Scroll to Password.
  • 11. Enter your required password.
  • 12. Scroll down to Confirm Password.
  • 13. Re-enter your required password.
  • 14. Scroll to Password Recovery Question.
  • 15. Enter a required question.
  • 16. Scroll to Answer.
  • 17. Enter your answer to the password recovery question.
  • 18. Scroll to and select Submit.
  • 19. Wait while the account is created.
  • 20. Your BlackBerry ID account has been created. Select Continue to finish setup.
