This feature allows you to assign a number to which incoming calls can to be forwarded if you are unavailable or too busy to answer your BlackBerry® smartphone.
1. Scroll to and select All.
2. Scroll to and select Options.
3. Scroll to and select Call Management.
4. Scroll to and select Call Forwarding.
5. Wait while your BlackBerry smartphone checks the call forwarding parameters.
6. Select Forward Calls.
7. Scroll to and select the required option (e.g. Conditional).
8. Scroll to and select the required option (e.g. If No Reply).
9. Select New Number.
10. Scroll to and select the required contact / number.
11. Press the Menu Key.
12. Scroll to and select Save.
13. The changes have been saved.
