How to switch between apps on my BlackBerry Bold 9900 4G

A list of applications are available, allowing you to quickly switch between them.
1. Press and hold the Menu key.
2. Scroll to and select the required option (e.g. Messages).
3. To switch to another application, press and hold the Menu key again.
4. Scroll to and select the required application (e.g. BlackBerry® Messenger).
5. Press and hold the Menu key again to repeat this process and quickly switch between applications.
