How to transfer files from my BlackBerry Bold 9900 4G to a computer

You can transfer pictures, videos and other media files from your Bold 9900 4G to your computer.
In this example, we have used Windows® 7.
1. Plug the USB cable into the Bold 9900 4G.
2. Select USB drive.
3. Your Bold 9900 4G will display the analogue clock face.
4. On the computer, select Open folder.
5. Browse to the location of the pictures (e.g. DCIM).
6. Drag the picture from the window to the computer (e.g. to the Images folder).
7. The picture is stored on the computer.
