These steps show you how to correctly insert the SIM card into your BlackBerry® Curve 9300.
1. Using your finger, locate the groove at the bottom of the battery cover and pull the cover away from the BlackBerry smartphone.
2. Insert the SIM card with the metal contacts facing down and slide it into the SIM tray.
3. Line up the gold contacts on the battery with the contacts on the BlackBerry smartphone. Insert the top part of the battery first, then push the battery down into place.
4. Slide the battery cover toward the top of the smartphone until it clicks into place.
