If you can't send or receive email on your BlackBerry® smartphone, resending service books may resolve the issue.
1. Press the Menu key.
2. Scroll to and select Setup.
3. Scroll to and select Email Settings.
4. Wait while your email settings are retrieved.
5. Press the Menu key.
6. Scroll to and select Service Books.
7. Scroll to and select Send Service Books.
8. Select OK.
9. The service books have been sent to your BlackBerry smartphone.
