How to insert the SIM card on my BlackBerry Q5

1. Gently open the flap located on the side of the phone to reveal the SIM card slot.
2. Insert the SIM card with the metal contacts facing up, then slide it into the SIM card slot.
3. Ensure you put the SIM into the lower slot, the one opposite the orange label.
4. Gently close the flap.
