If you can't send or receive email on your BlackBerry® smartphone, resending service books may resolve the issue.
1. Touch All.
2. Scroll to and touch Setup.
3. Touch Email Accounts.
4. Wait while the BlackBerry loads your email settings.
5. Press the Menu key.
6. Touch Service Books.
7. Touch Send Service Books.
8. Wait while the BlackBerry processes the information.
9. The service books have been sent to your BlackBerry Torch 9800. Select OK.
