How to set automatic deletion of old messages on my BlackBerry Torch 9800

You can choose the number of days to keep email messages, SMS messages and PIN-to-PIN messages on your BlackBerry® smartphone. After this period of time, messages are automatically deleted.
1. Touch All.
2. Touch Messages.
3. Press the Menu key.
4. Scroll to and touch Options.
5. Touch Message Display and Actions.
6. Scroll to and touch Days To Keep Messages.
7. Touch the required setting (e.g. 60).
8. Press the Menu key.
9. Touch Save.
10. The required setting has been applied.
