If you don't have an existing email account to use with your BlackBerry® smartphone, you can create a BlackBerry email address.
1. Touch All.
2. Scroll to and touch Setup.
3. Touch Email Accounts.
4. Wait for your BlackBerry smartphone to connect.
5. Read the BlackBerry Service Agreement.
6. Touch I Accept.
7. Touch Create New Address.
8. Touch User name.
9. Enter a user name.
10. Scroll to and touch Password.
11. Enter a password for your account.
12. Scroll to and select Confirm password.
13. Re-enter your password.
14. Scroll to and touch Secret question.
15. Select the required option (e.g. Favorite vegetable).
16. Touch Secret answer.
17. Enter your answer.
18. Touch Continue.
19. Wait for your BlackBerry smartphone to process the information.
20. Your new email account has been created. Touch the required option (e.g. Return to Setup).
