How to switch between apps on my BlackBerry Torch 9800

A list of recently used applications is remembered by the Torch 9800, allowing you to quickly switch between apps.
1. Press and hold the Menu key.
2. Touch the required option (e.g. Messages).
3. To switch to another application, press and hold the Menu key again.
4. Touch the required application (e.g. BlackBerry Messenger).
5. Press and hold the Menu key again to repeat this process and quickly switch between applications.
