How to transfer files from my BlackBerry Torch 9800 to a computer

You can transfer pictures, videos and other media files from your Torch 9800 to your computer.
In this example, we have used Windows® 7.
1. Plug the USB cable into the Torch 9800.
2. Touch USB drive.
3. Your Torch 9800 will display the analogue clock face.
4. On the computer, select Open folder.
5. Browse to the location of the pictures (e.g. DCIM).
6. Drag the picture from the window to the computer (e.g. to the Images folder).
7. The picture is stored on the computer.
