How to perform a hard reset when my HTC Desire 510 is unresponsive

If the HTC Desire 510 becomes unresponsive or doesn't perform as expected, you can perform a hard reset to return it to a factory default state.
1. Press and hold the Power button.
2. Press and hold the Power and Volume up buttons for 10 seconds.
3. The phone will reset some settings and then reboot. Personal data and accounts will remain untouched.
