Your calendar usually synchronizes on a set schedule. However, you can manually sync the calendar whenever you like.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Accounts & sync.
4. Touch the desired account.
5. Touch the Menu icon.
6. Touch Sync now.
7. The calendar has been updated. Other items related to the email account will also have been updated (e.g., contacts, email, news, weather, etc.).
