How to delete a calendar event on my HTC Desire C

You can delete events from the calendar if they're no longer required.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Touch Calendar.
3. Scroll to the required date.
4. Touch the event.
5. Touch Menu.
6. Touch Delete event.
7. Touch OK.
8. The calendar event is deleted.
