How to turn data services on and off on my HTC Desire C

Switch the network off so that the HTC Desire C will not transmit data without a Wi-Fi connection.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Next to Mobile network, touch On to disable data services.
4. Data services are now off.
Touch Mobile network again to turn it on.
