If your workplace allows it, you can sync your HTC Incredible S 4G with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Touch Menu.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Accounts & sync.
4. Touch Add account.
5. Touch Exchange ActiveSync.
6. Enter your workplace email address.
7. Touch Password.
8. Enter your password.
9. Touch Next.
10. Wait while the Incredible S 4G verifies the account information.
11. Touch Server address.
12. Enter the server address.
13. Touch Next.
14. Wait while the Incredible S 4G verifies the account information.
15. Touch each item to check/uncheck the data you need to synchronize.
16. Touch Next.
17. Enter a name for the account.
18. Touch Finish setup.
19. The email account has been added.
