1. Touch Mail.
2. Touch Menu.
3. Touch More.
4. Touch Settings.
5. Touch Send & Receive.
6. Touch Update schedule.
7. Touch Peak times.
8. Touch the required option (e.g. Once a day).
9. The setting has been changed.
10. The same process can be followed to change the Off-peak times.
