2. Touch Menu.
3. Touch More.
4. Touch Settings.
5. Touch the required account (e.g. Openface).
6. Touch Send & Receive.
7. Touch Update schedule.
8. Touch Peak times.
9. Touch the required option (e.g. Once a day).
10. The setting has been changed.
11. The same process can be followed to change the Off-peak times.
