How to back up contacts on my HTC Wildfire S

If required, your contacts can be backed up to the memory card and imported at a later date, or on another Android phone.
1. Touch All apps.
2. Scroll to and touch People.
3. Touch Menu.
4. Touch Import/Export.
5. Touch Export to SD card.
6. Touch the required account (e.g. Phone).
7. Touch OK.
8. The contacts have been backed up.
