Face Unlock is a security feature that uses facial recognition technology instead of a PIN or password. It lets you unlock the LG G3 using the front-facing camera.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Display.
4. Touch Lock screen.
5. Touch Select screen lock.
6. Touch Face Unlock.
7. Touch Set it up.
8. Touch Continue.
9. Position your face within the dotted circle. Wait until your face has been recognized.
10. Touch Continue.
11. Select a backup option (e.g., PIN).
12. Enter a PIN.
13. Touch Continue.
14. Re-enter the PIN to confirm it.
15. Touch OK.
16. Touch OK.
17. Touch Back.
18. Face Unlock has been set up.
To unlock the phone from standby mode, just hold it in front of your face and it will unlock.
