Your calendar usually synchronizes on a set schedule. However, you can manually sync the calendar whenever you like.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch General.
4. Touch Accounts & sync.
5. Touch the desired account.
6. Touch the account.
7. Touch the Menu icon.
8. Touch Sync now.
9. The account has been synced.
To view the updated calendar, touch Home.
10. Touch Apps.
11. Touch Calendar.
12. The calendar has been updated.
