How to delete all content on my LG K4

Heads-up! Looks like you’ve got Javascript Active Scripting tuned off in your web browser. You’ll need to turn it on so you can see all the help illustrations in your searches.

This option lets you erase all of the content and settings on your LG K4 and reset it to the initial setup screen.

IMPORTANT:
All media, data and settings will be erased. This action cannot be undone.
If the Device Protection feature is enabled, it will stay enabled. After the reset, you will need to enter your Google account password to use the phone again.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Touch General.
4. Scroll to and touch Backup & reset.
5. Scroll to and touch Factory data reset.
6. Touch RESET PHONE.
7. Enter your PIN (or other screen lock code).
8. Touch Next.
9. Touch Delete all.
10. The phone will reset and reboot.
