How to set automatic deletion of old messages on my LG Nexus 4

This feature will automatically delete old messages once the limit is reached.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Touch Messaging.
3. Touch the menu icon.
4. Touch Settings.
5. Touch Text message limit.
6. Scroll to the required message limit.
7. Touch Set.
8. The message limit has been changed.
