How to send text messages and multimedia messages on my LG Optimus Chic

Text messages (SMS) are short, text-only messages sent over the mobile network. Multimedia messages (MMS) are similar to text messages except they allow you to add images, sounds or other files to the message.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Messaging.
3. Touch New message.
4. Enter the recipient's mobile phone number or touch Contacts to select someone from your contacts list.
5. Touch the required contact.
6. Touch Type to compose.
7. Enter the required message.
8. Touch Send to send the text message or touch Menu to make this a multimedia message.
9. Touch Attach.
10. Touch the required media type (e.g. Pictures).
11. Touch the required folder (e.g. Camera).
12. Touch the required file.
13. Touch Send MMS.
14. The MMS is sent.
