To manage your messaging inbox, you can set a maximum number of messages to keep. You can set different limits for text messages and for multimedia messages, and old messages will be deleted automatically.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Messaging.
3. Touch Menu.
4. Touch Settings.
5. Touch Delete old messages.
6. The required setting has been applied.
