Fingerprint Unlock is a security feature that uses fingerprint recognition technology. It lets you unlock the LG Q Stylo+ using the fingerprint sensor located on the back of your phone.
1. Touch Settings.
2. Touch General.
3. Touch Lock screen & security.
4. Touch Fingerprints.
5. Touch NEXT.
6. Before you scan your fingerprint, you need to set a backup screen lock. Touch the desired security type (e.g., PIN).
7. Touch the desired option and touch NEXT to continue.
8. Enter a PIN.
9. Touch NEXT.
10. Re-enter the PIN to confirm it.
11. Touch OK.
12. Touch the desired notification option, then touch OK.
13. Place your finger on the fingerprint sensor to start the fingerprint scan.
14. Keep placing and lifting your finger on the fingerprint sensor, following the instructions on the phone, until the scan is complete.
15. Touch OK.
16. Fingerprint Unlock has been set up.
