How to change the email syncing frequency on my LG Stylo 3 Plus

If your LG Stylo 3 Plus automatically checks for new email messages, it will access the mobile network often, which can use a lot of battery power. Turning this setting down or off will help prolong battery life.
1. Swipe left.
2. Touch LG.
3. Touch E-mail.
4. Touch the Menu icon.
5. Touch Settings.
6. Touch the desired email account.
7. Scroll to and touch Sync schedule.
8. Touch Peak time sync.
9. Touch the desired option (e.g., 1 h).
10. If desired, change the Off-peak time sync as well. Touch SAVE.
11. The syncing frequency has been changed.
