How to set automatic deletion of old messages on my Motorola Moto G (3rd Generation)

This feature will automatically delete old messages once the limit is reached.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Messaging.
3. Touch the Menu icon.
4. Touch Settings.
5. Touch Text messages limit.
6. Scroll to the desired message limit.
7. Touch Set.
8. The text message limit has been set.
