1. Touch Applications.
2. Touch Calendar.
3. Touch Tap to create.
4. Touch Event.
5. Enter a name for the event.
6. Touch the From date.
7. Touch the plus (+) and minus (-) signs to set the required date.
8. Touch Set.
9. Touch the time.
10. Scroll to the required time.
11. Touch Set.
12. Touch the To date.
13. Touch + or - to set the required date.
14. Touch Set.
15. Touch the time.
16. Touch + or - to set the required time.
17. Touch Set.
18. Touch Location.
19. Enter the event location.
20. Scroll to and touch Description.
21. Enter the required description.
22. Scroll to and touch Alarm.
23. Touch the required setting.
24. Touch Save.
25. The event has been saved in the calendar.
