Power saving mode (extended standby mode) optimizes the battery life on your Samsung Galaxy A5 2017. The phone will save power by lowering the screen brightness, turning off haptic feedback and limiting performance. You will still receive calls, messages and notifications.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Device maintenance.
4. Touch Battery.
5. Touch MID.

Note: you can also choose MAX to get even more life out of your battery.
6. Wait while the phone enables power saving mode.
7. Power saving mode is now on. Touch OFF to turn off power saving mode.
