How to test for hardware problems on my Samsung Galaxy A8

The Samsung Members app also has a variety of information so that you can learn about your phone and get help from Samsung. You can download the app from Galaxy Apps and Google Play Store. - 1. On the Samsung Galaxy A8, download and then open the Samsung Members app.
- 2. If you see this screen, touch NEXT.
- 3. If you see this screen, touch I have read and I agree to all of the above.
- 4. Touch START.
- 5. If you see this screen, touch OK.
- 6. Scroll to and touch DIAGNOSTICS.
- 7. Touch Test hardware.
- 8. Touch the desired option, e.g., Vibration.
- 9. Touch VIBRATION.
- 10. Wait while the selected hardware is tested.
- 11. Touch the desired option, e.g., YES.
- 12. The test results will be displayed.
