1. On the Samsung Galaxy A8, download and then open the Samsung Members app.
2. If you see this screen, touch NEXT.
3. If you see this screen, touch I have read and I agree to all of the above.
4. Touch START.
5. If you see this screen, touch OK.
6. Scroll to and touch DIAGNOSTICS.
7. Touch Test hardware.
8. Touch the desired option, e.g., Vibration.
9. Touch VIBRATION.
10. Wait while the selected hardware is tested.
11. Touch the desired option, e.g., YES.
12. The test results will be displayed.
