Here, we show you how to update your phone using a computer with Samsung Kies v2.0.011033_25.
1. On the computer, launch Samsung Kies. Connect the phone to the computer.
2. Samsung Kies will automatically check for updates.
3. You'll be prompted if an update is available. Click Update.
4. Click I have read all of the above instructions.
5. Click Start upgrade.
6. Select what data you would like to back up.
7. Click Continue.
8. Click Complete.
9. The update process will now begin.
