If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime with your work contacts, calendar and email.
1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch Cloud and accounts.
4. Touch Accounts.
5. Touch Add account.
6. Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
7. Enter your workplace email address.
8. Touch Password.
9. Enter the password.
10. Touch MANUAL SETUP.
11. Touch Domain\username.
12. Enter the domain and username.
13. Scroll to and touch Exchange server.
14. Enter the server name.
15. Touch SIGN IN.
16. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
17. Touch OK.
18. Touch OK.
19. Touch ACTIVATE.
20. The email account has been added.
