You can set a limit on the data usage used on the Galaxy Nexus, this will help to avoid unwanted data charges.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
3. Touch Data usage.
4. Touch Set mobile data limit.
5. Touch OK.
6. Touch Data usage cycle.
7. Touch Change cycle.
8. Touch Date of each month.
9. Enter the required date.
10. Touch Set.
11. Touch warning.
12. Touch the current data amount.
13. Enter the required data usage warning.
14. Touch Set.
15. Touch limit.
16. Touch the current data amount.
17. Enter the required data usage limit.
18. Touch Set.
19. The data usage warning and limit are both set.
