Once you've set up email on your Galaxy Nexus, you can send email messages and attachments at any time.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Touch Email.
3. Touch Compose.
4. Enter the recipient's email address or type a name to select someone from the contacts list.
5. Touch the required contact.
6. Touch Subject.
7. Enter a subject.
8. Touch Compose Mail.
9. Enter the required text.
10. Touch Menu.
11. Touch Attach file.
12. Touch the required option (e.g. Pictures).
13. Touch the required image.
14. Touch Send.
15. The email has been sent.
