How to send text messages and multimedia messages on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Text messages (SMS) are short, text-only messages sent over the mobile network. Multimedia messages (MMS) are similar to text messages except they allow you to add images, sounds or other files to the message.
1. Touch Applications.
2. Touch Messaging.
3. Touch New message.
4. Enter the recipient's name or phone number, and touch the required contact.
5. Enter the required text.
6. Touch Send to send the text message or touch Attach to make this a multimedia message.
7. Touch the required option (e.g. Pictures).
8. Touch the required option (e.g. Pictures).
9. Touch the required image.
10. Touch Send.
11. The MMS has been sent.
