  • If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
  • 1. Touch Apps.
  • 2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
  • 3. Touch General.
  • 4. Touch Accounts.
  • 5. Touch Add account.
  • 6. Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  • 7. Enter your workplace email address.
  • 8. Touch Password.
  • 9. Enter your email account password.
  • 10. Touch Manual setup.
    For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department.
  • 11. Enter the domain name.
  • 12. Touch Exchange server.
  • 13. Enter the server address.
  • 14. Scroll to and touch Next.
  • 15. Touch OK.
  • 16. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
  • 17. Touch OK.
  • 18. Scroll down and touch Next. Some options will be pre-selected. You can change any of the displayed options before proceeding.
  • 19. Touch Activate.
  • 20. Edit the account name if desired.
  • 21. Touch Done.
  • 22. The email account has been added.
    To view the email account, press the Home key.
  • 23. Touch Apps.
  • 24. Touch Email.
  • 25. Your email will sync to your phone.
  • Due to different corporate network infrastructures, your Exchange setup might be a little different. If you encounter any issues, please contact your corporate IT department.
