How to add a Microsoft Exchange email account on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3

- If your workplace allows it, you can sync your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with your work contacts, calendar and email.
- 1. Touch Apps.
- 2. Scroll to and touch Settings.
- 3. Touch General.
- 4. Touch Accounts.
- 5. Touch Add account.
- 6. Touch Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- 7. Enter your workplace email address.
- 8. Touch Password.
- 9. Enter your email account password.
- 10. Touch Manual setup.
For the following steps, you might need information from your corporate IT department. - 11. Enter the domain name.
- 12. Touch Exchange server.
- 13. Enter the server address.
- 14. Scroll to and touch Next.
- 15. Touch OK.
- 16. Wait while the phone verifies the account information.
- 17. Touch OK.
- 18. Scroll down and touch Next. Some options will be pre-selected. You can change any of the displayed options before proceeding.
- 19. Touch Activate.
- 20. Edit the account name if desired.
- 21. Touch Done.
- 22. The email account has been added.
To view the email account, press the Home key. - 23. Touch Apps.
- 24. Touch Email.
- 25. Your email will sync to your phone.
