Follow these steps to turn off the iris unlock feature on your Samsung Galaxy Note9.
1. Swipe up or down to view Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Biometrics and security.
4. Touch Iris Scanner.
5. Enter your PIN/password/pattern and touch NEXT.
6. Touch Iris unlock.
7. Iris unlock has been disabled.
